Student Rental Policy

Current student studio rental program. Must be a current or past student. 

 NO Instruction can take place! For personal practice only.  

3 different studio rental options

  1. Solo Rental $30 per hour (no more than 1 person in studio)
  2. Solo Rental Per Month Rental $100 per month allows you 4 hours per month in studio practice time (individual slots)
  3. $200 per month 2 -3 people shared time. Must use the studio together and not separate. Includes 4 hours per month.  
Monthly Payments are made by the 1st of each month and are for one month only, hours can not be transferred to another month and must be used within the month.  

Studio rental times are


Monday - Thursday 5 am - 5:30 pm
Friday 5 am - 4 pm.
Sunday's 5 am- 2 pm

Rental times are subject to availability and other studio rentals. You can choose a fixed time every week or vary your time.
Must register online for time slot. No drop in's allowed. Register before for your space to ensure no one else is renting the studio.

Stiletto Gym Studio Rental Policy 


» No alcohol or drugs

» Please end your rental time on time and no more than 5 min over scheduled rental time
» Please make sure you leave the key in the lockbox outside door
» Please make sure if you have adjusted the temp you return it before leaving (65 degrees in Winter, 72 degrees in Summer).
» Please make sure all lights are off
» Please make sure the water in the bathroom sinks is not running.
» If you have moved any furniture please make sure it is returned
» Must sign rental agreement/waiver before using the studio
