Terms and Conditions
TRAINING/Stiletto Gym Mobile REGISTRATION POLICIES
Customers canceling with 14 days notice or more prior to the start date of the course are entitled to a refund, forfeiting $100.00 as the cancellation fee.
Customers canceling with less than 14 days’ notice are NOT entitled to a refund. The options are:
1) Transfer to another training at the time of cancellation, incurring a $50 transfer fee.
2) Receive a Credit on File to apply toward any future teacher training, with a $50.00 transfer fee.
Customers not attending a training and failing to contact the Stiletto Gym Mobile in advance (i.e., “no-shows”) will forfeit all registration fees and no refund/credit will be issued.
All trainings are subject to cancellation by the Stiletto Gym Mobile and in such cases, customers will be notified in advance and provided with various options. Please call to confirm any training(s) prior to making any travel arrangements.
All refunds and/or credits will be issued in US Dollars only within 21 business days of the request.
Credits will expire if not used within 2 years of original purchase.
Balance dues must be paid in full 3 weeks prior to the date of the training.
Full attendance is required to receive course credit.
The Stiletto Gym Mobile is not responsible for natural disasters, earthquakes, missed travel arrangements, or any other unfortunate circumstances that may cause a student to miss a training date. In the event that there is an emergency situation beyond your control, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately to discuss your options. Refunds will not be issued if it is less than 14 days prior to the training, but you will be eligible for a credit on file or transfer of your registration to an alternate event.
OTHER TRAINING NOTES:
A minimum number of registrations must be made in order for the event to take place. 10 Registrants are preferred, but this number may vary. Please call 816-256-5040 to ensure a training meets the minimum requirement for registrations prior to making travel arrangements.

In an effort to run smaller one day trainings, the Stiletto Gym Mobile may change the start and end time. Please check with Customer Service for the confirmed start/end time for any one-day training
Minimum age for those attending the Stiletto Gym Teacher Trainings is 18. In addition, we do ask that attendees not bring younger children to trainings in an effort to respect the learning environment for all attendees.
The Stiletto Gym Mobile reserves the right to increase or decrease training prices, when necessary. One month notice will be given for all rate changes.
