Weekly Structure:
- First 20 minutes: Gentle stretching & discussion of the weekly topic and homework.
- Next 35 minutes: Pole work exploring beginner and advanced movements tailored to the weekly theme.
- Final 5 minutes: Reflection and gratitude practice to close the session.
