Pole Therapy blends the empowerment of pole dance with the healing process of therapy, offering a unique mind-body experience from the comfort of your home. In this 90-minute virtual workshop, you’ll explore movement as a tool for self-expression, stress relief, and confidence building. Through guided therapeutic discussion and beginner-friendly pole sequences, you’ll reconnect with your body, release emotional tension, and find joy in movement.

This is not just a workout — it’s a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, build self-awareness, and celebrate your body.

  • Introductions & creating a safe virtual space

  • Brief overview of Pole Therapy principles

  • Setting personal intentions for the session

5:40–5:50 PM – Grounding & Mindful Warm-Up

  • Breathwork to center the mind

  • Gentle mobility & body activation exercises

  • Short guided visualization for connection to self

5:50–6:15 PM – Therapeutic Pole Flow (Beginner-Friendly)

  • Learning a short, expressive pole sequence

  • Focus on emotional expression through movement

  • Encouragement to adapt moves for personal comfort

6:15–6:35 PM – Guided Free Movement & Reflection

  • Structured prompts for exploring movement related to specific emotions (strength, joy, release)

  • Journaling or short verbal sharing between movement prompts

6:35–6:50 PM – Group Discussion & Therapeutic Connection

  • Processing the experience as a group

  • Reflection on body sensations, emotions, and breakthroughs

  • Discussion on how to carry lessons into daily life

6:50–7:00 PM – Closing & Integration

  • Calming stretches & breathwork

  • Positive affirmation practice

  • Resources for continued self-care and movement practice
