Grab your girls and your heels and join us for this 2-hour confidence building workshop. Discover the secrets of feeling more confident, powerful, and sassy in your heels!

Step into your favorite pair of heels and join us for our heels workshop taught by Starr & the Stiletto Gym. This workshop is designed to take your sexy confident self to a whole new level by, perfecting your walk, mastering head whips, and conquering footwork all while wearing heels and having fun.

This workshop will focus on building confidence through dancing in heels. It includes:

  • Introductions & celebration of the participants
  • Warm-up, followed by walks and choreography across the floor
  • Beginner breakdown of the counts and choreography so you can learn a simple and sexy heels routine
  • Beginner low pole and floor work utilizing the power of your heels
  • The last 20 minutes of the workshop will be spent performing in small groups, leg photo shoot using your own phones. This is your time to shine!

Dress to impress if you want!  Heels are recommended but not required.  You can also perform barefoot or with a pair of kitten heels.
